Pick the job that matches yours
Four core services, each quoted fixed before we start. Have a look through, or call us if you’re not sure where to start.
Smoke Alarm Compliance
QLD legislation requires interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in all homes by 2027. We supply, install and certify. Landlords and owner occupiers covered.
Switchboard Upgrades
Old ceramic fuse boxes are a fire risk. We replace and upgrade to modern RCD protected switchboards, fully certified and compliant.
EV Charger Installation
Tesla, Wallbox and universal EV chargers installed to manufacturer spec. Fixed price, load management included, paperwork handled.
Electrical Repairs & Emergency Callouts
Power points sparking, safety switch tripping, lights flickering. We find the fault and fix it. No guesswork, no drama.
Air Conditioning Installation
Split systems supplied and installed, sized to the room and run on their own circuit. We check the switchboard can carry it before you commit.
Ceiling Fans and Lighting
From a single ceiling fan to a full LED upgrade. We run the cable properly, steel frame ceilings included, and test everything before we leave.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people call us about a symptom, not a service. The safety switch keeps tripping, the aircon installer said the board will not carry it, the property manager has asked for a compliance certificate.
That is fine. Tell us what is actually happening and we will tell you which of the above it is, and whether it is one job or two.
A fair bit of the time it is two, and they are cheaper together. Switchboard upgrades turn up in the middle of EV charger installs and air conditioning jobs, because both add load to a board that was built for a house with one fridge and one television. If we can see that coming, we quote it as one visit instead of two.
And if it turns out you do not need us, we will say that too. Not every old board needs replacing and not every flickering light is a fault.
Is your home ready for the 2027 QLD smoke alarm deadline?
Queensland legislation requires all homes to have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms installed by 2027. Properties being sold or leased already have earlier deadlines in effect. Non compliance puts your family, tenants and insurance at risk.
We handle the full job. Supply, install, test and certify. Property managers get a compliance certificate for their records on the same day.

How we quote
Every service on this page is quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. Here is what that actually means in practice.
The number is the number
We look at the job, either in person or from photos and a conversation, and give you a price. That price is what you pay, whether the job runs long or short.
You deal with the electrician
No hourly creep, no while we were in there, and no call centre in between. You deal with Ethan or Jimmy, both licensed, both ex Australian Army tradespeople, and the person who quotes the job is the person who turns up to do it.
The paperwork comes with it
Every eligible job comes with a Certificate of Test, proof the work meets the standard that applies to it. That is the paperwork your insurer, your conveyancer or your property manager will ask for.
