Electrician Nundah
Licensed electricians working Nundah village and the unit blocks around it. Small business and shopfront electrical, plus compliance and switchboard work for homes and rentals.
Electrical work for Nundah homes and businesses
Nundah splits between the village centre and the units around it. Along Sandgate Road that means shopfront lighting, power for fitouts and tenancy switchboards. In the unit blocks it means smoke alarm compliance, safety switch checks and boards that never had RCDs on the power circuits.

A village centre and the units around it
Nundah is two markets sharing a postcode. The village centre along Sandgate Road is small business: cafes, salons, allied health and the fitouts that turn one over into the next. That work is shopfront and display lighting, power for new equipment, and a tenancy switchboard that was usually sized for whatever the previous business did rather than what yours needs.
Around it is one of the denser unit and rental markets on the north side, where the work is smoke alarm compliance: interconnected photoelectric alarms, safety switch checks between tenancies, and switchboards in older blocks that never had RCDs on the power circuits. Owners, property managers and body corporates all ask for slightly different paperwork, and we’ll send whichever one you need. Nundah is one of the suburbs we cover, a straight run up Sandgate Road from our base in Albion.
Licensed electricians working Nundah and Brisbane’s north. Fixed pricing, compliance certificates, and after-hours work for businesses that cannot close.
You get the number before we start, not after. No hourly creep.
A booked window we actually keep, and a call if anything moves.
Issued and sent, not chased. It is your proof the work was done properly.

See the work up close
Every photo here is our own work, not a stock library. Boards, alarms, lighting and fit-off work across homes and small tenancies. Nundah jobs run from a unit smoke alarm to a shopfront changeover, and the standard is the same either way.

What Nundah businesses and owners ask
A mix of shopfront and residential questions, because that is what the suburb is. Call us if yours isn’t covered.
Can you do a shop fitout on a tight changeover?
Usually. The thing that decides it is the tenancy board. If the new equipment needs more than the existing supply to that tenancy can carry, that is a longer job than a weekend. Get us in to look at the board before you sign, not after.
Do you work after hours so we don’t have to close?
Yes. For business work we book outside trading hours where the job allows it. It has to be planned in, so tell us when you’re quoting and we’ll price it that way.
Our unit block’s switchboard looks original. Who is responsible for it?
Depends where the line falls. The board inside your lot is yours, the common property main board belongs to the body corporate. We’ll tell you which one your problem is on, and quote the two separately if it’s both.
